Client was the father of a 2 year old child out of wedlock. The parties resided separately since March of 2012. Mother filed a Complaint for Support against client through the Department of Revenue. I filed a Counterclaim for Custody of the child claiming that the parties actually shared custody of the child.

Result: The Court ordered that neither party was to pay child support to the other and awarded joint custody of the child to client.
